WARRANTY

Please, before making a warranty claim, visit the support section first, it is likely that you will find a solution to your problem with vrAse in that section.

 

The vrAse units assembled by EYEDAK, have a guarantee that covers product defects for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.

This guarantee can be enforced by the consumer within a period of 2 months from the discovery of the defect. Likewise, you will not have any additional cost, except if the requested remedy is not possible or is too expensive in relation to the item.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the consumer may obtain a price reduction or an amount proportional to the value of the returned product, by returning the product to the seller. For this reason we suggest that you keep your vrAse purchase receipt, or another similar document received at the time of picking up the product.

Damages resulting from use, or from an accident, or caused by natural wear and tear are not covered by this or other warranties. EYEDAK disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by misuse of the products or their components.

 

Warranty Repair and Replacement Service Instructions:

1- Before you send anything to EYEDAK, please email us at social @ eyedak . com and explain to us in detail what is happening to your vrAse.

2- If our technical support services determine that your problem is covered by the warranty, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization code.

3- Prepare a safe package to send to EYEDAK.

4- Include the original purchase receipt from vrAse and a clear written explanation of the problem.

5- Write your authorization code for the return of merchandise on the outside of the box and send it well protected to the following address.

a) Please do not personally deliver vrAse to this address, as it is not prepared to receive visitors.

b) Returns not eligible for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is mandatory that you contact EYEDAK customer support services before sending vrAse to us.
